THIS BOOK WAS A COLLEGE LEVEL READ ON THE SPECIFICS OF HOW THE BODY’S CELL STRUCTURE AND WORKINGS REQUIRE VARIOUS NUTRIENTS TO FUNCTION PROPERLY AND HEALTHFULLY………THE SUPPLEMENTS REQUIRED ARE SHOWN TO COME FROM COMMON FOODS AS WELL AS FROM THE HEALTH FOOD STORE…..I HAVE TRIED GETTING MORE ANTI-OXIDANTS IN MY DIET WITH FISH OIL & VITAMIN C AND FEEL A BIT BETTER THAN BEFORE ( AFTER 3 WEEKS OF USE)….THERE ARE SEVERAL OTHER SUPPLEMENTS I HAVEN’T HAD A CHANCE TO GET YET WHICH MAY WORK OUT EVEN BETTER….I’M STILL RE-READING THE HEALTH & LONGEVITY SECTIONS AND AM GIVING UP ON THE BEAUTY SECTION AS A LOST CAUSE (FOR ME)

I have only one word for this book….excellent. It is written in simply terms that anyone can understand. Easy to read,easy to understand. Great information for all ages… I would recommend it to a friend.

There is a lot of great content packed into this book. Dr. Perricone writes about the benefits to eating certain foods and taking specific supplements. I have been taking his advice and am very pleased with the results. After all, it can’t hurt. The book is easy to read and understand. The language doesn’t get too scientific on you, even though it is writing about the science of these foods and supplements. All of his recommendations are things that can actually be done, without too much effort.

I like Dr. Perricone because his advice is practical – eat better, take supplements, exercise and you’ll live longer and be healthier. Anyone looking for advice you can incorporate into every day living will find this book valuable.
