This is the most up-to-date resource on RSD/CRPS available today. It has a lot of personal stories by the author which are used to illustrate the practical information provided in each section.
There are real-world applications for issues Pain sufferers face everyday, from putting on clothes to explaining their condition to family, friends and even strangers you meet on a plane ride so that they can all help you not just cope with pain, but LIVE LIFE with it!
It is amazing how much information is gathered in this book, things even my doctors didn’t know about RSD/CRPS, that is why I decided to get two more copies for them. In the daily struggles of life with chronic pain, every moment of reprieve is a blessing. Thanks to this book, those moments come more often.

This is the best compilation of RSD information presently available. The author candidly shares her daily trials resulting from RSD. There is a great deal of misunderstanding on this topic. The name of the affliction itself has been changed umpteen times due to the varying theories. Through my own research, I came across a statement that I can’t quote, but went something like, If hell were an affliction, it would be RSD. Thanks, Ms. Ingle, for sharing your story. Many will be comforted by the light you’ve shed on this subject. Many blessings to you and yours.

I seem to buy this book every month because I give it to everyone that wants to know about my RSD – CRPS. This book is easy to read. I have a hard time concentrating while I am reading anything with this condition and the author takes this into consideration and makes the text and spacing very well spaced so its very clean and concise looking.
I have read allot of the RSD/CRPS books and I rate this #1 as of this writing.
My Dr.’s love this book, helps them better understand me and how to treat me.
I give this book to family and friends because it answers most of their questions.
I usually look it over once a month because it inspires me to do something that is healing and positive and helps release the pain of this condition.
Find a loved one or a friend and sit together and read chapters of the book back and forth and then have discussions.
Also if you have someone helping you in anyway and you have RSD/CRPS you have to get this book for them! Give you lots more peace of mind, and clear up allot of confusion about this condition.
Enjoy :)
