step by step understanding of centering prayer,
While many books have been written on the subject of centering prayer and this is not even the first for this author, this book does a great job of breaking the concepts down into usable elements for the beginer. It makes a very old form of prayer accessable to us, and in so doing,draws us into deeper converstation with God. I highly recomend this book!
