I bought this book after watching Biggest Loser – and I didn’t even think that in order to see how many calories something had in it – I could just look at the label! Don’t waste your money.

I ordered this book for a co-worker, she didn’t find this book useful. If you are watching calories this book may be for you, it lists most anything you can think of. Co-worker also said for around $7.00 she would have spent that easily on something else. One of my friends is interested and is going to buy this book from her.
